Hi, [redacted] I just spoke with you re case # [redacted] I have spoken with one of the owners of Nordic Lawn, the company named in this complaintWe are still working out the details, however I am confident we have come to an amicable resolution in this matter I believe it is a misunderstanding all the way aroundI am a brand new customer of Nordic's and therefore did not understand the logistics of the Nordic operationIf I had known what I know now, I would have allowed more time for them to get back to me regarding my complaintAnd if I had known the kind of day they were having that afternoon, I would have had more patience and been more understanding Two Nordic employees came by last evening, June 4th, 2015, to review and discuss the lawn damageThey were both very helpful, very courteous, and recognized the problem right off, which was a great relief to me, as this complaint filing was something I felt I was being forced to do, NOT SOMETHING I WANTED TO DO I thank you for your efforts and understanding in this matter and hope I have not wasted too much of your time, Sincerely yours, [redacted] Anchorage, Ak [redacted]

I believe it is a misunderstanding all the way around. I am a brand new customer of Nordic's and therefore did not understand the logistics of the Nordic operation. If I had known what I know now, I would have allowed more time for them to get back to me regarding my complaint. And if I had known the kind of day they were having that afternoon, I would have had more patience and been more understanding.
 
Two Nordic employees came by last evening, June 4th, 2015, to review and discuss the lawn damage.
