Good morning.Pertaining to the complaint filed by Ms. [redacted] here is the situation as we know.1.  Our warranty is to the original purchaser to be from defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential usage and conditions.2.  In this case Ms. [redacted] is not the original...

purchaser and therefore her situation does not fall under our warranty.3.  Also, we do not know the conditions, use, or abuse that may have happened to this product prior to Ms. [redacted] purchasing the home.4.  Ms. [redacted] got the $4,000 estimate from an Ultracraft dealer that did not sell the original kitchen and is also unknowing about the history of this kitchen.  With that said, we do not know the original dealer that sold our product.If Ms. [redacted] would like to discuss this further she may call me at [redacted].Sincerely, Gary T[redacted] Sr. VP - Operations
