Review: I joined Norcal Fitness Center as a Full Member staring June 20 2013. I was overbilled (double billed) to start with. As a result I was provided credit in terms of fully paid membership running till Nov 20th 2013. One month of advance payment was also deducted, running my membership upto December 20th 2013. However, on October 19th 2013 we were told that Norcal will be shutdown untill further notice. I requested for a refund as I didnt want to continue as a member any longer. After some arguments, the owner of the place, [redacted], closed down my account. He was unwilling to listen to any concerns and instead retorted saying "I am the owner and I get to make policies and talk anyway I want to". This was shockingly disappointing and very unprofessional. Its like robbing you in daylight and still be both shameless and arrogant about it.In spite of all that I keep my calm and am requesting a refund of the fees taken from me without providing ANY service/membership.Till date, I have paid a total of (20 + 40 + 36 + 38 = 134$) - all payments are by Credit Card and made to Norcal Fitness (MSF), so I have it recorded. I am a member since June 20th 2013. My membership fees should be (4*20 + 18 = 98$). NORCAL FITNESS OWES ME 36$ !!I have been more than willing to help discuss, but have been disappointed by the response shown so far by the concerned management personnel.
