[redacted] ,Thank you for calling me back about this.Due to "Tax Stamp" tobacco laws and manufacturer policies, Nooner's does have a policy in affect that is very clear that once the product has left the building, we will not exchange itThe reason for this is because we have had people attempt to exchange product that was damaged or old by saying that we gave them the wrong itemI'd also add that this is (Common practice in the industry).I do regret that the customer had this experience and would like the opportunity to make it right! I also regret that she did not contact us here at our main office or ask to speak with a supervisor so that we had the opportunity at corporate level to remedy the problem especially since the manager at the store was merely following company policies and proceduresIf the customer does happen to still have possession of the items, I will be more than happy to authorize an exchange for the correct product or do a full refund Even if not, In addition to this, I would also like to offer her a pack of our "Ultimate Carwash Package" which is a $value!Sincerely, [redacted] Director of OperationsNooner's C-Stores
