Doug did not show up to perform the promised work that would prevent further cracking in both concrete pads and I have no evidence that he actually returned to diagnose the cause of the problem (frost line).   I will seek an appraisal of the problem and an estimate for repair/rebuild from a different contractor.  Should that contractor indicate poor workmanship from Non-Typical Concrete, my only recourse will be small claims court for full refund ($2375) plus any extra cost to remove the faulty pads.
