Company was hired to do some renovation work at customers vacant property. Company owner promised work however didn't conduct anything for approximately two months (Jan-Feb). In march customer canceled due to owner continually making empty promises with no service provided. I had paid $3000 up front and he stated that he will refund the money however did not. He used the money or chose not to pay without doing the work. I've made several attempts to contact him and try to get the refund however he has stopped responding. This occurred prior to Covid so he can't use that as an excuse.
