Review: I purchased this phone with a case and screen protector. I have owned this phone for less than 3 weeks. The phone fell about 2.5 feet and the glass shattered. I called to inquire about repair and the representative in no uncertain terms informed me that that fall would not break the phone, that it was made of higher quality than that. I feel that this phone is defective due to the comments of the representative. And I feel insulted that the representative insinuated I lied about the distance it fell.Desired Settlement: New phone and possible training for their representatives
