Nojo's Fencing

Review: On 06-25-13 a representative of NOJO Fencing came to my home and quoted me a price of $1,000.00 to install a fence in my backyard. The representative requested a $400.00 deposit (check or cash refusing a credit card) and stated the work would be started and completed in one week, that being the week of 07-01-13. I gave the NOJO represenative a check for $400. When the installers did not come and did not call, I called the company at 7[redacted] and requested a start date; I was told they were waiting for material and would call me back. The following week, the week of 07-08-13 I still heard nothing and called again, this time they told me the weather was too hot for installation and that they would get back to me. Since the week of 07-01-13 I have called every other day and gotten only a message, leading me to believe they are screening my calls.

The message I left with them yesterday 07-22-13, was to "please call me today and let me know if you intend to install the fence or if I have to call another fence company? If you are not installing the fence then I want my $400 returned."

I called them numerous times today and they still have not return my call or made an effort to returned my money.Desired Settlement: I would like my money refunded. As they have already cashed my check, I want a cash refund.
