I bought from them twice over some years. The first time my order took months to arrive. The second which was Feb 2020, their zero waste shampoo product had changed a bit and enough time had passed that I thought I'd give them a second chance. Mistake.

This time their website said I would get an email if it were back ordered; otherwise it would take 2 - 8 weeks to arrive. Three months later: no product, no email. I emailed customer service to cancel my order; no reply and no cancellation. I finally dispute the charge with my credit card company with the reason "merchandise never received" and got a credit that way.

If they have a *** supporting them financially, I don't understand why they can't hire reliable people for their customer service/order fulfillment.

Thankfully there are now other companies that offer zero-waste shampoo and actually send your order to you when you purchase.

It's too bad because I really did want to try their drops. But it shouldn't take years for them to figure out a fulfillment process.
