It has come to our attention that The Black and Gold Grill where the advertising is being displayed is open for business and busier than ever They closed the top part of their restaurant for days, while leaving the downstairs open They are doing some rennovations to make the restaurant betterThis was confirmed this morning At this point we will not be issuing a refund as the customer is getting what she paid for Regards, [redacted] Community Business Development [redacted]

This is the first our company has heard that Black and Gold Grill closed [redacted] is an independent contractor When a restaurant closes, we find a suitable replacement in the area to move the advertising to, because obviously we have absolutely no control over that We are moving the advertisers from Black and Gold to Racers Tavern They will be in Racers for a period of one year from when they receive them which will be by the end of January Racers Tavern is considerably bigger than Black and Gold Grill That is our policy Once orders have been received, drinkware has been printed and commissions have been paid, we really do not have any other option This has been our company's policy from day We strive to take care of our customers Regards, [redacted] PresidentCommunity Business Development

[redacted] may be a private contractor however, he ASSURED me that ANY problems and HE would personally refund the entire balance. [redacted] DID make [redacted] aware of the problem and I have the email to prove it.

At this point this is absolutely ridiculous. We took your word for it that Black and Gold was out of business. We did research as we always do, and realized that you were wrong. We try to see the best in people, so we are assuming that you were just mistakenWe would have never promised a refund if we had known the truth. We have an A Plus rating with the RevDex.com. I never saw an e-mail regarding this restaurant. It has now been brought to my attention, and as I said before we are going to put all advertisers in Racers. I did talk to *** and he is going to re-sell your ad. Once this ad has been re-sold, we will refund your money. This is against our policy, but we will make an exception. The business stated at least three days ago that they would refund my money.  Why didn't this company answer my phone calls and emails in December when I contacted them?  They were reported to the Revdex.com for being shady and now they are going back on their word...AGAIN!  Revdex.com:

At this point, there is absolutely no reason to refund her money.  Her advertising is being used.  I just called Black and Gold Grill to confirm this.  The advertisement will be in there for one year, as she paid for.  There is nothing else we can do.   Thank you,[redacted]
