NoCo Weight Loss

During free consult 2/28/2020 direct questions were answered evasively and, in some cases, misleadingly. Details of program not provided until enrollment complete. The Theresa T’s (pastoral medical certificate) call to check in on my understanding of the program following enrollment did not happen as scheduled on 2/28. I emailed that evening at bedtime offering alternative times for contact. I have received no reply to that email.
Because I had not yet received a call and because I was feeling the business had engaged in somewhat high pressure sales practices without ensuring my full understanding of the program being offered I attempted to gain reassurance by calling their office 3/2/2020. The answering service seemed unfamiliar with the business but offered to forward my call to a voice mail system. I left a message.
I followed up on the voice mail with an another email. I have received no response.
I contacted ***, the company with whom I arranged payment to Theresa T, to ask them to contact the business on my behalf.
