Review: Customer Service Complaint.I have always received the best customer service experience since I started cashing my checks. I have a deep respect for Nocko's for their continued needs to meet the customer needs. But today, 01/30/2014 at 3:30pm I experienced the ugly side of an new employee (with red hair) She had a look of total disgust, and her service during the transaction was absolutely appalling. The old motto is the customer is always right. Her lack of customer service ettiquette is non-existent. How come no one noticed her lack of good customer services skills such as: she had no eye contact with me, no attentiveness, unable to read my expressions that her transaction with me was done wrong. How do you have a transaction with a customer and push their items toward them with no eye contact with the previous customers got treated much better. It pains me to write this complaint but she has to realize her actions is affecting this company and when bad publicity happens it affects the income of this good company.Desired Settlement: I would like to have my items refunded. I would also like to speak with management concerning this employees actions.
