NobleWorks Cards

Review: I ordered greeting cards from Nobleworks. I paid for expedited UPS 3-day shipping so the cards would arrive no later than 14Feb. I received a shipping notice on 11Feb from Nobleworks. It turns out the cards never left their factory and are still sitting there - today is 14Feb. Nobleworks refused to give me a refund because the cards "had shipped". They explained that because they printed a shipping label they considered the cards shipped- despite the fact that they readily acknowledged the cards were still physically in their factory. Additionally, they said that after I finally received the cards (they said they had no idea when the cards would actually arrive) that I could go through the process to see if I was eligible for a refund/return. So now Nobleworks is asking me to go through the effort of returning the cards to them so that they can determine if I can get a refund (and they never mentioned if they would refund the expedited shipping costs) because they can't be bothered to cancel the order for the cards that are still sitting in their factory.Desired Settlement: I want a refund for the cards ordered and a refund for the shipping costs. I do not want to have to go through the process of returning cards for Nobleworks own mistakes.
