Review: I ordered a sectional in May of 2013. The first one was delivered the beginning of July with a broken frame. After numerous discussions, they agreed to order a new sectional on 7/23 stating it would be a rush order. I called numerous times to check on the order & was assured it was fine. After a month I found out the fabric was on back order. The second sectional took two months to arrive & had upholstery & frame construction problems. Again, there were numerous discussions and promises that were not followed through. They finally agreed to return my money; however, they are now stalling on returning the money & picking up the sectional.Desired Settlement: I would like my refund as promised by salesperson [redacted] & by the owner [redacted].
