We traded in a really nice timeshare with high yearly fees for
another timeshare that had yearly fees that we could "eliminate"
for referrals. Well, that didn't happen. After not being able
to get the accommodations that we were told were easily and readily
available, we decided that we wanted out of this mess. Getting in
contact with you was one of the best things we've ever done. We
knew that this was not going to be a quick fix, but you and your
team walked us through every part of the process. We are happy to
say that we are "timeshareless". Wahoo! Thank you!

We just want to express our gratitude to Clyde for all his advise and expertise on getting us out of our contract with time-share. After being scammed twice and hearing continuous lies from the resort we signed up with and by the company we thought could help us sell our time share, we were very sceptical to trust another person who may offer us more empty promises and just wanting our money. But after talking to Clyde, we were assured that he really could help us. He worked our behalf and kept us informed of the process the whole time. He was always available every time we tried to contact him. His integrity and honesty won our trust. We would HIGHLY recommend Clyde. There is hope out there, even tho we were discouraged, thinking we were stuck with something very costly that we did not want.

I would like to thank Mr. M[redacted] for his help and patients with me during my hardship trying to get out of this timeshare that has been nothing but trouble and a pain. Not only did Mr. M[redacted] help me get out of a timeshare that I was just paying on and couldn't even use it due to the fact that I missed one payment and couldn't catch back up, not only did the timeshare company not help me they would only call to collect payment. When I talked to Mr. M[redacted] the first time and told me everything that his clients he helped get out off. He pretty much covered everything that the timeshare company told me down to the free VIP treatment and sweet talk you into "upgrading" because this one time deal won't happen again, which of course was a lie. I bought into the timeshare because it sounded like a really good deal and something my kids would of liked, but what they left out was even when you don't use it you will still be paying on it and getting calls letters and emails about your missed payment and all the late fees. Mr. M[redacted] not only told me what he would do for me but also let me get back to him when I could afford his help because I couldn't at the time we talked on the phone. It was a few months later that we talked again and not only did he help me but he also remembered me and when we last spoke on the phone, I thought that was really nice of him to remember me and when we last talked on the phone. Mr. M[redacted] talked to me like we been friends for a long time and never once talked bad about any other lawyer and he didn't sugar coat anything gave me the facts straight and that is why I wanted Mr. M[redacted] to take care of my issue because I know he was going to take care of it like if I was family and not just a client. All I know is that for the past two years I've been stuck with a timeshare that I didn't need nor could afford but I was con into it because it seemed like a great deal and my family could enjoy it, but that never happen and I've been paying on it and never use it so pretty much throwing away money that I could of used for my family. Mr. M[redacted] helped me get out of something that no one else would help me and be responsible. Thank you Mr. M[redacted] if it wasn't for you I would still be paying on something useless for the next 4 years.
What more can be said about the final victory. Mr Clyde M[redacted] has been really great with getting us involved with the release of our timeshare. In the beginning back in Feb 2016 we were getting nothing but bad reports about how so many companies were scamming people out of buying their timeshares. We even came close to getting frauded again.Well we finally found an individual on the internet who was alive who told us that he could get us out of our obligation with our timeshare. We have owned our timeshare since 1982. Well he directed us to the transfer company which we just finalized and are scott free with any obligations. Oct 2016
From start to finish Clyde has been there with every question answered. He has been kind and was always upfront with how much we had to pay, etc. I encourage anyone who wants to sell or get out of their timeshare to contact Clyde.

We want to take the time to publicly commend No More Fees, LLC for the outstanding professionalism they displayed while handling our case. Within an hour of first visiting their website we were in phone contact with the CEO, who took an immediate and personal interest in our case, and within 2 days, we all had mapped out a complete course of action.
For several weeks, No More Fees and their associates were on the phone with us, or corresponding by emails to ensure that the entire process was complete, simplified as much as this kind of endeavor can be simplified, and stayed with us through completion.
We cannot express in mere words the level of gratitude, trust and confidence we place in this company! They are certainly deserving...
I would strongly recommend them to anyone who is going through difficulties similar to ours!
I want to say that in the beginning, Clyde and his assistant, Lindsey were very helpful and communicative. Returning phone calls promptly, answering questions, collecting their money... Then suddenly when I had been billed in August for our 2017 maintenance fees and our time share was in the process of transferring, I did not think I should have to pay them, since by January when they are really due, I should not own the timeshare anymore!!!! I called Lindsey to ask her about them, she promised to call me back that day with an answer for me. Never heard from her, nor would Clyde return my call. My answer loud and clear, No More Fees is a farce!!! I ended up paying $925.00 for 2017 for something I am not going to use! That's on top of paying $925.00 to Clyde and $975.00 to Sumday Vacations!!! I believe that I should have been made aware of the fact, when I started this in July, that I might have to pay my maintenance fees for 2017!!! I was told that because the resort billed us in August it was on their books already, so we owed them! Who pays a bill 4 months in advance???? I would advise anybody trying to get out of a timeshare, to check the company out first, do your homework!!!! I wish I had!! I do not know what Clyde did for me, except send my information to Sumday Vacations because I did all the leg work myself!

I am so grateful, thankful, happy, ecstatic, etc. so many feelings I cannot explain. What I can explain is how much I am so BLESSED to have found [redacted] after searching online to get help getting out of this nightmare of a reality called WYNDHAM VACATION RESORTS. I say nightmare of reality because it was not a dream. As I’m writing this right now my emotions are stirring, I want to cry tears of joy. I feel more BLESSED because I am one of the few lucky ones that found out about Wyndham’s scam within 3 months of them devouring my bank account. Of course I was skeptical of using a service that say they will help you get out of something this big, because you always feel like you will get scammed again especially when the first scam is so recent. I took my chance after researching so many companies online to get help and [redacted] was the only person that made me feel like this one and he is honest. My heart felt like it pumped a little faster as I listened to him explain the steps. I really believe that was GOD way of telling me this is the person I am sending to help you. After listening I called him, although it says sign up and he will get in contact with you, I just could not wait. I called, he listened and I followed every step I was told to do and when he say for a small fee he mean a small fee, and is such a patient and understanding person.
To everyone that is skeptical as I was, look at it this way I would rather pay [redacted] fee than the $34,000+ and maintenance fees I would have to live with paying the rest of my life even after the timeshare is paid off, even after it’s paid off you will still pay more maintenance fees because they never go away and after my lifetime my children would have to deal with this dreadful situation because it will follow them as well. I received my cancellation letter on April 1, 2015 0____o, everyone knows what day that is but I now know it was not an April fool’s joke. It is real! I am BLESSED! First of all, I would like to begin with a huge Thank You to Clyde, Jim, and Joy. It all began when we could not refinance our Wyndham timeshare. We were upset for many reasons to include being upset with ourselves. The more we researched, the more the “truths” became LIES. After countless hours of research, we concluded the best option for us was to somehow, if possible, get rid of these timeshares. The research we came across had organizations that were able to assist on cancelling timeshares. We called several agencies and yes, we were skeptical that such action (getting rid of timeshares) could be cancelled or sold and be successful. When we called NO MORE FEES on September 1, 2017, we spoke with both Clyde and Jim they gave us a sense of calmness and the energy to reclaim what we were scammed to lose—our money. Clyde explained the process and the sales tactics the timeshares companies use. The best decision we made was to allow Clyde and his wonderful team to help us. Clyde and his team are extremely professional and knowledgeable in their craft. Clyde and his team brought confidence and hope of getting our timeshares cancelled. It definitely takes plenty of patience and persistence. Listen, learn, and complete the steps Clyde and his team assign to you. On March 9, 2018 Wyndham Vacations Timeshares cancelled our contacts and freed us of all debt owned to them. My wife and I were ecstatic and relieved we were finally free. I am writing to share my story of my experience working with Clyde. My husband and I reached out to a service we had seen on the news to help us get out of our timeshare. Unfortunately we still owed on our timeshare and were not able to use this credited service. The service did pass our case unto Clyde and his team.
One of Clyde's team members reached out to my husband and me to find out more of our story. Upon hearing how Holiday Inn Club had treated my husband and me the team member put Clyde right on the phone. Clyde continued to talk to us for at least an hour gathering information about our situation as well as explaining parts of how his team do what they do.
Regrettably my husband and I were unable to utilize Clyde's services for financial reasons. Clyde was wonderful and kept in contact while we tried to work out our next steps. This isn't a normal testimonial in the sense that we used the service and here's our story. This is a testimonial about the type of person Clyde is and that is as important as how he is as a company. You can tell by the time and dedication that Clyde puts into each of his clients that he is a compassionate human. He really does care about what has happened and tries hard to help in any way he can. After I informed Clyde that financially we would not be able to compensate him for his teams work on this matter he still gave me suggestions on ways to get out of this situation. I, like many others, got a timeshare and then suddenly your life changes and you can no longer travel and also cannot keep up with monthly payments and very high maintenance fees. I tried to sell and of course got scammed twice losing $1100 and then another $1500.
I luckily got the name of NOMOREFEES LLC and Clyde’s name in the beginning of June. I was still very nervous of trying another company. I had a very involved case so it may have taken a little longer than other cases. I am so happy to say that I am now without a timeshare and I am so relieved. They could not have been more helpful. Sunny assisted mr through this process and I was of course stressed and worried that this would never end. She was absolutely wonderful and she was always available to answer any of my concerns. She said to be patient and that it will end. Do not hesitate to contact Clyde. I thank Clyde, Jim, and Sunny for all that they did for me. Well Clyde, it looks like we are in the final stretch. Now just waiting for Wyndham to confirm our ownership transfer as the deed has been recorded and the transfer request provided to them by Resort Closings, Inc. Wyndham is evidently one of the most difficult companies to work with in getting a timeshare transfer accomplished. They make it as hard as possible every step along the way. In spite of that you have stuck with us and managed to steer us to the right transfer company even after the first one was unable to finish the job. You definitely made good on your promise to get us out.
I really have no complaints at all. First you hooked us up with Sum Day Vacations and we went through their process which took almost a year due to the difficulties with Wyndham. Finally, Sum Day acknowledged that they would not be able to complete the transfer and they refunded the fees that we had paid them. I was afraid that we had hit a permanent roadblock until I reached back out to you. To my surprise, you were able to introduce us to another transfer company, Resort Closings, Inc., who was able to start over and get our transfer done. Not only did you willingly jump back in and get our transfer restarted when the first company did not work out, you also volunteered to keep our cost the same even though the second transfer company was more expensive.
Clyde, it is rare to encounter businessmen who meet all of their commitments in spite of adverse circumstances. Anything having to do with timeshare transactions and particularly getting rid of timeshares, involves a lot of mistrust and fear of being taken advantage of. Thanks to you, there is a way out and there is at least one person in the industry who is not taking advantage of their customers.

When my husband retired, our plans were to travel by going to different places and making memories.
Unfortunately we had some tragic things happen to us.
August 2017 Hurricane Harvey hit our hometown and destroyed our home, so at the moment I am homeless.
But thanks to my family I do have a roof over my head at this time.
September 2017 my husband was hospitalized and was diagnosed with cancer
October 2017 I lost my husband to cancer.
Financial I am struggling at this time, and need to get rid of my timeshare.
