The insurance company said the No Limits Construction was liable for repairs, due to a door that they put up which blocked airflow to to the sump area. They are liable. I received a copy of the report from your [redacted] in reference to [redacted] report on the mold in my home. I spoke with a representative, and she stated in my claim notes the following is stated. [redacted] had a verbal communication to [redacted] on October 4, 2016 and the inspector who did the testing at my home stated, the door installed by No Limits Construction, restricted airflow, to the point where mold grew in the sump pump area under the basement. She also stated again in the formal letter that due totally enclosed area moisture will remain on surface long enough for mold to grow. I lived in this house since 2002, and that sump area was open for airflow to go through and mold never grew in that area. No Limits Construction is clearly at fault. Now that you have this report, what is going to be done about this issue. [redacted], has already stated that they would air this story. I am waiting to see if [redacted] and No Limits Construction is going to fix this issue before moving forward. It is shameful that a 100 Percent Disabled Female Veteran, who gave 20 ears of her life to our country is being forced to live in a Toxic Environment, which could very well KILL her! There response is unacceptable, and I would like Revdex.com to move forward in placing a incompetent service mark on their file, for refusing to fix what they caused in my home.
