Purchased defective headsetGave blueant all requested info by June and was told replacement was on the wayNothing yetI have Email trail Blue ant pump mini was purchased March at Verizon but had to send to blueant due to defect.item worked off and on for two months until it finally stopped workingContacted blueant and was told to send a copy of the receipt and model number which I didIt was model pmmXXXXXXXX and I paid a total of $via debit cardThis info was sent June 30,I emailed to check the status on July Response from [redacted] that case will be a priority a day they would get in touch with me the following weekNothing July or August so I emailed another followup Sept and the same [redacted] emailed and said they experienced an update usual warranty stock issueSept I replied to her aND asked her to please send me a refund as I've purchased another headsetShe replied that they're still waiting on feedback from the warehouse

Exchange of defective product they refuse to send new one and refuse to escalate
I have contacted the company via their website n warranty items beginning of June for a bluetooth device that is not charging anymore The have requested proof of purchase, pictures and I have complied They have approved this and advised a new one will be sent June X XXXX They advised will email me shipping info and never have have been emailing them requesting supervisor and they said they had issue in warehouse that has been resolved now and they are saying that it will be shipped end of this week beginning of next week for the last monthNow they are not getting back to me at all All I want is a working product that I paid for I keep loosing business as a plumber not answering my calls while driving due to this

BlueAnt is not honoring its stated year warranty
My BlueAnt arrived in late SeptI used BlueAnt less than times weekIn late Novthe on/off switch brokeSince DecI have been in an email black hole to get BlueAnt replaced (preferred) or repairedI have at least email exchanges (that's when I started keeping records) - but product is still not replaced/repairedBlueAnt has a year warrantyI paid $for a product that used less than times

Was told in April that my product will be replaced under warranty within a short period of timeAs of today July 7th still no product
So I have the Q3i and have a defect on outer casing of the unit which BlueAnt has admitted they would change the unit within daysA month goes by and still no email with tracking number or unitWhen I call back they tell me that they are changing carriers that that is the reason for the delay and I would get an email from them next weekAnother week goes by and still no email or productToday I was told that now they are short on the product itselfSo within a month now I cannot use the unit, customer service has lied to me twice and I cannot reach their corporate headquarters because the email they have is centralized and no phone number to them
What kind of company has no way that a ticked off customer cannot contact their corporate offices
