No leaf Vapor Woodstock

I placed an order January 9,2020 and my credit card was charged on that date. As of today, February 21,2020, I have not received the merchandise. I have made numerous calls and sent several emails to the business and the owner Larry ***. On February 11th I received an email saying the merchandise was shipped. The tracking number in the email is an invalid USPS tracking number. Whether this was done mistakenly or deliberate I can't say. I paid an additional fee for USPS Priority shipping so if the order was indeed shipped on February 11th it should have arrived 3-5 days later. It has been 9 days so I question the integrity of the shipping confirmation. I need some help getting this business to fulfill my order or refund my credit card.
