The package that this gentleman is referring to was sold by SAVVY marketing It is something he did not pay us for It consists of four visits...Visit A is a facial; Visit B a manicure; Visit C a body scrub or pamper your feet session; Visit D a massage $was paid for these services; however, on the back of the card it does list certain rules and regulations There is a March 1st deadline on the card; however, the owner of No Knots did extend that deadline to the end of March if the client so wished to upgrade a service The call to schedule services did not come in until mid February, which leaves little time to schedule four visits (weeks basically until that March 1st deadline) It was his responsibility to call and schedule these appointments when the card was sold in the fall of The clients do get a $gift certificate for themselves and a $certificate to give to a friend ($worth of certificates-Visits A-D) regardless if they have their visits scheduled or not, which is greater than the value of the $package price I can mail or email those certificates to him if he wishes It is our utmost desire to accommodate and schedule our clients, but there are days where it is just not possible because of the scheduled day being full; hence the extension of that March 1st date He still has time to schedule something if he wishes as long as upgrades a service; completely his choicePlease call with any other questions or concernsThank you,The No Knots Team920-539-

services; however, on the back of the card it does list certain rules and regulations.  There is a March 1st deadline on the card; however, the owner of No Knots did extend that deadline to the end of March if the client so wished to upgrade a service.  The call to schedule services did not come in until mid February, which leaves little time to schedule four visits (2 weeks basically until that March 1st deadline).  It was his responsibility to call and schedule these appointments when the card was sold in the fall of 2016.  The clients do get a $10 gift certificate for themselves and a $10 certificate to give to a friend ($80 worth of certificates-Visits A-D) regardless if they have their visits scheduled or not, which is greater than the value of the $49 package price.  I can mail or email those certificates to him if he wishes.   It is our utmost desire to accommodate and schedule our clients, but there are days where it is just not possible because of the scheduled day being full; hence the extension of that March 1st date.  He still has time to schedule something if he wishes as long as upgrades a service; completely his choice. Please call with any other questions or concerns. Thank you,The No Knots Team920-539-6660
