No Hassle Vacations

We rented a double stroller through their website for our Disney vacation I attempted to call and confirm, however, I was only able to get an answering machine The stroller was never delivered to the resort I attempted to call (answering machine again), I sent e-mails I did hear back through e-mail that it could be delivered the next day I informed them that I had already made other arrangements I was offered a refund Two weeks after our Disney vacation and I have yet to receive my refund I had to dispute the charges through my bank It is very unfortunate that there are businesses that are so dishonest

We will NOT be using this company ever again, WHAT A HASSLE! Their communication is very poor and website has limited informationOffice hours aren't listed so when you call after hours (who knows when they are) to ask a question or report anything you only get their voicemail which no one responds to! We ordered items and only was delivered to the correct location within the requested time frameThey could not guarantee delivery between 10am and 4pm on paper but verbally agreed that items would be delivered to our rental home before 4pmThey were not delivered until late that evening, too late for use to even use the car seat we so desperately needed! When we stated that the items were not delivered on time we were argued with and refused any type of refund (even thought the crib was supposed to included bedding and did not!)Items were usable but dirtyNot worth the HASSLE!

This was a terrible decision! We had 14 people over for dinner while vacationing in Orlando and not only did "No Hassle" Vacations not deliver the propane grill we ordered and PAID for, they wouldn't answer their phone during their stated business hours. We were left high and dry with all of these hungry guests. Never again. What a farce!!
