They finished it just perfectly. It makes the whole house look brand new
They did an amazing job! Complete re roof and gutters. Went above and beyond to insure I was please with everything they did. The crew were all friendly and professional. They replace pretty much all gutters boards all around the house and did extra work at no additional charge! I would recommend 100 percent!
No Bull Roofing completely removed existing roofing and reinstalled their materials meeting manufacture's specifications in a two day period as promised. Left my property clean.
Very prompt and professional service! Highly recommend! We are in Nancy , KY.
Certificate of Insurance
I have requested a certificate of insurance from No Bull Roofing multiple time with no success. I will need the dates of coverage from 1/13/20 - 2/24/20
I want the certificate of insurance.
We have no obligations to them. We have gave them a full refund for the garage and the siding. They already have a complaint on the Revdex.com under *** his girlfriend is ***. Already have obtain a lawyer for harassment in this matter.
I had no bull roofing put a roof on my house and they did and excellent job. Got it done fast and clean. Sent pictures as the job was being done.
No Bull did a fantastic job with my complete tear off and reroofing job. It looks great and I have had zero issues. I asked for quotes from them and another company. No Bull got back with me quickly and several thousand dollars cheaper than Affordable Roofing company that took several weeks to return a call. The owner worked within my budget and communicated clearly, while the crew were professional and efficient. I would recommend them to anyone.
No Bull Roofing did an excellent job for us. We were very pleased with the work they did.
Would recommend them to anyone needing roof repairs or a new roof.
Had a new roof put on my business. It's leaking and the owner will not come fix it. Says he will come by, but never shows. Won't return calls/texts.
No Bull put a new roof on my business, ***. I paid $15,000. The roof began leaking on October 29, I contacted the owner to tell him and he said he would come fix it. He didn't show. I texted him again on Nov. 1 & 4. He finally said he would come, but he didn't. I texted again on Nov. 6 & 7. He finally texted back that he would come that Saturday; he didn't show. I texted again on Nov. 13 and he said he would come "tomorrow". He didn't. I texted twice on Nov. 14. Again, no response. I texted on Nov. 15 and he finally responded that he would "be there before Sunday". He didn't show. I texted twice on Nov. 17. No response from him. I texted again on Nov. 18 and he responded that he would "be done tomorrow and send photo. He didn't show. I texted twice on Nov. 19 to verify he was coming; he didn't answer. I texted on Wed. Nov. 20, asking why he was not showing, nor returning my texts/calls. He answered via text that he sent a guy that morning at 7:30 a.m. but they needed to get a "piece to put back where the wind blew it up" and he would "get it fixed tomorrow." He never showed. I texted on Fri. Nov. 22 to ask him if he ever stopped by since it was now raining. He didn't answer. I texted again today, Nov. Nov. 26, as well as called and left a voice mail. I also left a Facebook message. No answer. My ceiling tiles are ruined, as well as the paint where the water has ran down the walls. The renter of that room is furious. The roof is still leaking and the tiles are now badly stained.
I would like the roof fixed. I would also like the ceiling tiles to be replaced with like tiles. I would also like the wall painted with a like color if the water streaks do not wipe off.
This issues has been addressed and fixed.

When the business received this complaint, my calls were finally returned. The owner was very upset and confrontational and kept requesting me to drop my complaint and remove the negative response from the comments regarding his business. He continued to make more excuses as to why he had not returned any of my phone calls. When asked if he would replace my ceiling tiles and see if the water streaks down the wall could be removed and if not, repaint it, he told me the ceiling tiles were not hard to install and that I could do it. I told him that I did not know how to change ceiling tiles, nor did I feel it was my responsibility. He then told me if I would like to purchase the ceiling tiles that he would put them in and send me an invoice. I do not feel that is acceptable since the tiles were ruined as a result of his poor roofing job.
He continued to request me to remove the complaints. That seem to be all he was worried about. Meanwhile, I would like my ceiling tiles and wall to be back to how they were prior to the roof leaking.
The leak was due to high wind that we had
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
Had the roof been put on properly, wind would not have been able to pull it up. If this is the case that wind can pull it up, that tells me every time we have strong winds, I can expect a leak. My ceiling tiles still have not been replaced, nor have the streaks of water been wiped off my walls. If the water streaks stain, I want my wall painted as well. When I told the owner of the company that I wanted the tiles replaced, he told me I could buy them and he would install them and send me an invoice. I do not feel this is acceptable since the tiles are ruined due to his roofing job that was not done properly in the first place.
We do not warranty Excessive wind damage. We took care of the problem. We took care of the roof.
Company is not honoring the 5 yr contract. Only get excuses and appts that they do not show up for. Shingles are gapping from the rooftop. over 1 mnth
I purchased property at *** with seller agreeing to replace roof. They used No Bull Roofing giving 5 yr warranty. Did job Dec 19, 2018. We moved in Jan 2019. End of Jan, I had to call for repairs due to finding shingles in my yard. After many excuses and ignoring messages, they finally fixed issue. On Oct 27, 2019, we climbed ladder to clean leaves from gutter. We saw raised shingles (nails not holding down to roof) leaving a gap between roof and shingles. I called to request repair. Owner asked for pictures. I send 5 pictures. I got no reply. I had to repeatedly text. He finally responded saying "it blew up" and he would 'take care of it'. I waited, texted, called with no reply. Finally received text that he was out of town and roof 'would not leak there'. He did not even look at damage. I got excuse after excuse, 'out of town, weather, in Georgia'. Then the last straw was when I was told that they did not even have a contract with me. Of course the contract was in the sellers name. It was a condition of the sale that he replace the roof. The owners attitude and behavior is unacceptable. I have been lied to and put off for over a month. He ignores calls and messages like I am a bother to him. I lost two days of work because I took off to be there when he said they would come and no one showed. On Nov 19, 2019 I called and expressed my frustation with the situation. I have never been treated so rudely. He first said we did not have contract. Then he said it wasnt his fault. The wind did it. The warranty is for 5 yrs. This job was completed less than 1 yr. He then told me he was in Georgia (AGAIN ????) but he would have it fixed by the weekend. Well of course another week went by, no call no show, no message, no contact. On Nov 29, I texted that this was beyond unacceptable and that I was tired of being put off and that I wanted my roof fixed. He immediately responded to my text (huge surprise) with a phone call. He was so rude. After all the excuses AGAIN, I informed him that this would be my last attempt contacting him to fix roof. He YELLED at me stating that this would be the last time he would deal with me. Then he hung up on me. Later I received a text asking for the address again saying the would have someone there by 3 pm. I sent address as requested. Did they show? OF COURSE NOT- NO SHOW, NO CALL, NO TEXT. Nothing as usual. I refuse to contact them again and beg for them to honor their warranty.
I want my roof fixed. I would like to have another company do the repair due to the fact that I have no confidence in No Bull Roofing or their work. I can not believe that they treat their customers that way. I should not have to pay another company. They should be responsible.
Will get it taking care of. Been out of town working.
(The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)
2 workers arrived on Dec 4 and repaired roof. I hope the issue is resolved. Only time will tell if the shingles stay down. I just dont have much confidence in their work. They arrived to work on roof WITHOUT a hammer. Really? So professional.
We had a quote & contract done in April for Roof and Gutter work. Roof was done. The gutters weren't with18 no shows. The contract is paid in full.
We have not gotten the gutter part of the contract done in over 6 months with multiple platitudes that we were next or they were going to come the next day. 18 times they did this. The only reason we have not contacted you long before this is my wife is disabled so the was no loss in revenue because she didn't have to miss work. We made a huge mistake paying in full plus 400 above contract amount. because the work is still not done from April. He has blamed weather and staffing consistently but there was a drought in the middle of the timeframe between then and now. Staffing issues should not be the customers problem especially if we already paid them. In June we were notified by our old insurance company that if we didn't get the gutters done they were going to drop us. We told a rep of No Bull this in June because we had to the middle of July. They didn't show up. We lost coverage with them. Our new insurance company is also demanding the gutters to get done. We told them in writing what was going on and we needed it done ASAP. Two more no shows with an obvious lie in there. They said we were the next in line and after the rain stopped they would get it done. Then 3 days after the rain when the ground was dry we contacted them again and they said they needed to get the right color of gutter.. They had 6 months to do that. That was 3 weeks ago.
The owner is not communicating with my wife. She texts him with what is going on and the need for action. He ignores her completely. When I contact him he says he will come the next day but never does. We've asked repeatedly for either it to get it done or to give us a refund from July on. He has refused the refund with a promise to get it done shortly. It hasn't happened yet. It is November.
This is the minor concern: there are still extra (I hope they are just extra) shingles on the roof and on the ground. There looks like there may be one loose shingle but with the steepness of our roof we cannot get up there to see for sure or take care of it ourselves. There are nails all over the place. My wife now has a slow leak in one of her tires after finding a nail imbedded in the tire. At first we didn't worry about the mess because we thought it would be taken care of shortly. That never happened either. At this point we are debating what we need to do to keep insurance. That should never have been an issue but it is the second insurance company now. Their business practices obviously leave a lot to be desired. We are no longer caring about the painting that was supposed to be done in the house that was also part of the contract because obviously that is even less likely to ever happen. We must get the gutters done and before we lose insurance coverage again.
We want the gutters installed in the next 2 weeks or a refund for the amount above the roof work so we can get it done by someone who will actually do the work. We would also like to have them check the roof to make sure those are indeed extra shingles and if the one shingle is loose or just cut funny. If loose that needs repairing as well. We want them to get the nails off the ramp and deal with the stack of unused tiles in front of the house. Scrap shingles on the ramp and deck I guess we can do ourselves even though we shouldn't have to. We have already gone over the yard and driveway for any more excess nails after the tire incident.
Will we have it completed by next Saturday. Gutter machine has been broke down is why we are behind
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
We have heard too many excuses that have not panned out. This is yet another excuse. What will be acceptable is for the contractor actually do the work we paid for or a refund for that portion so we can get the work done elsewhere. We already lost one insurance company coverage during to the 6 month delay. The new insurance company is making noises about the gutters too. We cannot lose a second coverage because of more excuses that never get communicated until we push, and then it is "we will get it done on x" which results in another no show. If he actually follows through with his statement above then that is when we would find it an acceptable answer.
I hired *** from No Bull Roofing to replace our entire roof/gutters. The work started in July and the roof is not complete and gutters not started.
I hired *** from No Bull Roofing after our roof was damaged by wind and hail. I found him through a local ad that states new gutters with complete roof replacement. *** told us the roof and gutters should be completed in less than one week. However, as of today the project is still not complete. The crew told us the roof was finished the first of October and we later found a 6 foot by 12 foot section that had been capped off, but no roofing replaced. *** acknowledged the error and said he would take care of it and the gutters. I have text message communications with *** to verify the conversations and agreement. ***'s crew came back out to fix the 6x12 roof section and did not completely finish capping the section and never replaced the gutters. Our gutters were not in bad shape before the roofing started, but there are at least 2 sections that were heavily damaged by No Bull Roofing.I just returned from a mission trip to Thailand, where I was gone for 12 days, and the roof is not complete and the gutter replacement was not even started. I reached out to *** and he has not responded to my texts or calls. We paid 1/2 down initially and paid the remainder when they told us the roof was complete and that the gutters would be done the following Monday. I just want it made right. I have never had to file any type of complaint on any business in the past. I am a business owner myself and try to give everyone the opportunity to resolve any issues. I only want what was promised. I am trying to put the house on the market to sell and No Bull Roofing has caused me months of delays, which is costing me potential sales.
I want No Bull Roofing to complete the last section of roof and replace the gutters as promised. I am not looking for anything other than the completion of the job they promised, started and never completed.
We will address the issue on Tuesday 11-5-19 with ***.
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
The response from No Bull Roofing is vague and the date given is beyond my 7 day window for me to respond to whether the work was actually completed or not. "We will address this issue on Tuesday 11-5-19" does not mention completing the roofing job or gutter replacement.
We were promised a complete roofing and gutter replacement of our home. After paying for the service we discovered a whole section was never completed.
Due to weather damage our insurance company started a claim and No Bull Roofing agreed to replace the whole roof and gutters for the appraised amount. *** told us the entire job would be done within 3 days and we paid half down ($5,790) on 7/23/19. The roofing was started and then only a partial crew or no crew at all would arrive day after day. We were finally told it was completed except for the gutters on 9/13/19 and we paid $6,090.50 for the balance and were told the gutters would be replaced the following Monday. The gutters were never replaced even after multiple attempts to reach out to No Bull and promises made by *** that the work would be completed. I have a long list of promised dates via text messaging with ***. While waiting for the new gutters to arrive, we discovered a whole 20 feet by 6 feet section of roofing had not been completed as promised. And to make it worse the crew had capped off the old section of roofing with a new capping to make it appear the job was complete. My wife and I both contacted *** and he assured us it would be taken care of. I am a business owner myself and tried to give *** the benefit of the doubt and every opportunity to make it right. Sadly, after multiple attempts to get the job taken care of we still have a section of roof that was never completed and badly damaged gutters from the No Bull Roofing crew.I have never been so taken advantage of by anyone and hope this can be resolved without involving legal council.
I am simply requesting that the section of roofing be completed and the new gutters installed in a timely manner. We have made complete payment and just want this matter resolved. I have invested too much time and effort into something that should have been straight forward.
We will get that took care of today
Very well pleased, they done a great job for me.
The customers hired the company to complete an extensive remodeling project at their home. The customers contend the company failed to complete many aspects of the project. The customers also state that the work the company did complete was of poor quality. The customers state that the company's work was inspected and found to have many defects/flaws.
The customers are requesting a refund of $58,000.
The company indicated that it filed a lien on the customer's property, which prompted the customers to file a complaint. The company stated that their attorneys will be addressing the matter shortly.
Andrew took the time to bid two projects that we had no idea if they would be funded or not that my agency applied for through a local bank and private institution to assist two low income families with much needed roof repairs. The projects were funded and Andrew's crews were courteous to the families and did a quick, clean roof replacement for both. Both families commented how appreciative and pleased they were with the product and the crew!
This company repaired my roof about 3 years ago. I now have a leak. I have called and called and not response. I have emailed and emailed again, no response. When I finally was able to reach them they told me they would send someone out to check and nothing. Back to calling and calling. This company was great when they wanted my money. Now they have to hold up my warranty and they are no where to be found.
Buyer beware... They were great when I initially got the bid and contracted them.
We sent him a message yesterday we will get it took care of
No Bull Roofing will not return calls or come look at a leak involving their work that should be under warranty.
I purchased this home in March of 2019. During my home inspection, it was found that the pipe boots on the roof were leaking, and as part of my pre-purchase requests I asked for this to be fixed. The previous owners of the home used No Bull Roofing and on 3/10/19 No Bull Roofing installed the two pipe boots and replaced shingles overhanging the rear of the house for $425. Their invoice states that all work is backed by a 5 year warranty. About 2 weeks ago I noticed that there was a water mark on the ceiling in my living room and bedroom. A roofer came out and noted that the pipe boots are leaking. I called No Bull Roofing on 7/12, and the first time they answered and said that they would come to look at the roof that weekend. They never showed up, and since then I have called and left messages 3 more times as well as texts, and I have received no response. I was quoted $1300 from another roofer to fix this, but feel that No Bull Roofing should stand behind their warranty.
I would like No Bull Roofing to come and fix the leak as well as the damage to the ceiling that the leak has caused.
We installed 2 pipe boots for previous owners. Which roof has a lot wear. We don't have a contract With ur name on it. Done repairs on siding and told the owners that the roof was bad.
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
It doesn't matter if it's my name on the contract or not. Your company repaired part of a roof FOUR MONTHS ago and the exact part that you replaced is leaking. You are supposed to have a FIVE YEAR warranty but won't stand behind your work FOUR MONTHS after it was done? Ridiculous.
All we did was install 2 pipe boots for previous owners. Hasn't leaked in four months and had a lot of wind in Lexington and told previously owners that it had a lot of age on the roof. You have to get back with who ever inspected when you bought it. It clearly States that it had a lot of age on it.
Came out ASAP. put on emergency tarp on our roof..came back and repaired roof and flashing around leaky area. Super great job!
Very Nice Company. Great job well done!
No Bull Roofing was hired to install a new roof and paint window trim on my house located at *** XXXXX. The roof was installed on November 2, 2018. At the end of December 2018, several patches of shingles were blown off of the roof (see pictures included) and there are several spots on the roof where the shingles are displaced and barely attached. With so many missing shingles, there are spots where water is leaking through the ceiling in the upstairs. After painting the window trim, the windows are covered in paint and one window was broken in the process (see pictures included). I have tried calling the roofing company several times to remove the paint from the windows and several more times once the shingles came off of the house. They will not answer the phone or return any phone calls.
I paid $9,500 for the windows and the roof and I believe I should have my money returned in full as I am going to have to hire another company to re-roof the entire house and remove all of the paint from the windows. At this point, I do not want anyone from this company on my property as I believe they would cause more damage. I have included the contract which says the work has a 5 year warranty. I have also included a copy of the invoice and cleared checks.
I have told the home owner that the rain and cold could not paint until it got warmer. The windows was separated from the roof. Been out there several times due to high winds to put cap back. Will take care of it Monday.
