NM SHED COMPANY

NM Shed company is the worst company I have ever worked with. Martin the owner spent more time making excuses for not having the shed ready on time. He took money from my bank account with out permission and never refunded me what he owed me. Do not deal with this man if you're looking for someone who is honest and reliable. He made me fight way to hard to get what he paid himself for out of my bank account. He asked for the credit card number so I could put half down on my shed and then took all the rest the next day. If I wouldn't have checked my bank account I would never have know he did this to me!

We have a Judgment against NM SHED CO for over $10,000.00.
Be careful doing any transaction with NM SHED CO. Also, The NM Attorney Generals Office is investigating business practices and may revoke or may already revoked NM SHED CO'S business license. Please report any suspicious business to the NM Attorney Generals Office.

ALBUQUERQUE, NM - PROJECT WAS SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETED PER PLAN AND SIGNED OFF BY [redacted] (owner) NM SHED COMPANY APPLIED FOR A BUILDING PERMIT THROUGH BERNALILLO COUNTY AND WAS DENIED DUE TO TWO ILLEGAL STRUCTURES ON THE PROPERTY (SEE ATTACHED ARIEL PLAN) NM SHED COMPANY MET WITH ZONING ENFORCEMENT MANAGER [redacted] ###-###-#### IN ATTEMPT TO GAIN APPROVAL FOR 12X20 STRUCTURE. WE WERE INFORMED THAT THE TWO OTHER STRUCTURES WOULD NEED TO BE PEMRITTED AND INSPECTED BEFORE WE COULD RE-APPLY. WE WERE ALSO INFORMED OF AT THAT TIME OF A SEPRATE ZONING ISSUE ON THE PROPERTY STATING THAT WORKERS WERE LIVING ON THE PROPERTY ILLEGALLY AND THAT THE COUNTY WAS TRYING TO RESOLVE AND RE-ZONE THE PROPERTY.  WE WERE TOLD THIS WAS A SEPRATE ISSUE AND IT WOULD NOT AFFECT OUR EFFORTS IN OBTAING A PERMIT IF THE TWO INFRACTIONS WERE RESOLVED. NM SHED COMPANY WILL GLADLY REFUND [redacted] 395.00 FOR THE PERMIT FEES AND WILL MAKE BUILDING BLUEPRINTS READILY AVAILABLE AT NO COST IF THE NEED ARISES IN THE FUTURE. WE DO NOT HAVE ANY RECORD OF A WINDOW BEING INSTALLED OR REFUNDED. WE INSTALLED TWO WINDOWS WHICH IS PART OF OUR ONLINE WINDOW PROMOTION (see photo). NM SHED UNDERSTANDS THAT WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PLEASE EVERYONE, BUT WE WILL ALWAYS MAKE 100% ATTEMPT TO PROVIDE A GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE COUPLED WITH A QUALITY PRODUCT AND AT A FAIR PRICE.  SINCERELY, NM SHED COMPANY ###-###-####
