Integrity, knowledge and kindness are hard to find.
I requested N M Services Solutions offer me a quote for an air conditioner and possibly a furnace (discount if both are done at the same time). Having received several quotes I was thrilled that theirs was competitive with my lowest bid and substantially lower than others. Art (a big call out to Art) had a background in service. This was VERY different than other sales people who knew nothing about air conditioners except what their brochures told me. As we had a big hail storm in Louisville, I asked Art if the problems I was seeing could be due to hail (in case insurance would cover this expense). Right then and there he opened up my air conditioner and found a loose wire... air conditioner FIXED. I was ready to purchase a system and paid for a service call. As I had just had my air conditioner serviced, I cancelled my service contract with Save Home Heat who had come out after the hail storm) and switched to a service contract with NM Services Solutions - again less expensive than my other contract.
I cannot say enough about my impressions of the staff I worked with and the AWESOME service they gave me. My future heating and cooling work will all go to NM Services Solutions! Integrity, knowledge and kindness are values worth noting.
