The homes built by NLP Homes, national land partners, are built to minimum county codes. My neighbors and I have problems with our homes-cracked driveways and garages, terrible second-hand wood, no window frames, no window sills, fly by night contractors who won't or don't come back and do warranty work, inside wals are textured, not emooth, roofs are crooked and caved in, hot water takes forever to get to the sinks, walls shake when doirs are clised, upstairs floors creak, mold and mildew present, windows are crooked, doors are crooked, door frames are cracked, sprinkler systems have problems. They hire bad contractors
