I received a message saying that they were "working on it". Weeks and months went by, more excuses no forage cap.
For the past several months, they have been giving me one excuse after another.
Really, this is stealing. This company owes me $100. When you take someone's money, promise a product, and never follow through BUT KEEP THE MONEY, this is STEALING. All I would like is to have my refund and forget this company.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
Although, Mr [redacted] may have a legitimate issue with a business competitor; the only reason I contacted the Revdex.com was because the ordered item was 1 year old.He has explained to me the issue of the dropped third party shipment of my item and has assured me that the item will be shipped shortly.
ON September 13th, 2014 Mr. [redacted] contracted with me to produce a reproduction of a coat worn by General James Longstreet for the price of $885. the American Civil War. We do no commercially offer this coat, and we did not solicit him to commission this from us. It required specialized fabric, and uniquely designed hand embroidered gold insignia.Mr. [redacted] asked that he be allowed to pay for this in installments. We tried to be flexible with him, and allowed him to pay this down as needed. The first receipt that was issued to him spelled out the agreement, and Mr. [redacted] should have provided a copy of his receipts with his complaint. His first payment was on September 13th, 2014, for $200, the second on November 14, 2014 the third on January 13, 2015. On February 8, 2015 he came in for his initial fitting of the garment. This fitting took three hours, and was made much more complicated by the fact that he brought several people with him, which provided more distraction, and prolonged what could have been achieved in less than 1/2 hour. Despite the fact that all of the payments were not completed, in good faith we began working on his coat.Because of the cost of record keeping, we charge customers for any phone time regarding custom orders. To circumvent this, Mr. [redacted] had one of his "staff officers", [redacted] begin to call us about Mr. [redacted] order. We informed both Mr. [redacted] and Mr. [redacted] that this was unacceptable, for the sake of clarity, all contact would need to be by email. Despite stating this several times, he continued to have Mr. [redacted] contact us on his behalf. We have phone records of these calls to document this activity. On June 27th, he came in, and stated that he was having some family issues would like to cancel his order. I told him that I had to check with people with whom I had made commitments on the hand embroidered insignia, and we had already begun the process with his pattern. He stated that he did not understand why I needed to check with other people.I responded to him by email, that I would be willing to refund the balance of his order, and he would only be responsible for the work that I had completed. He became belligerent, and felt that he should not have to pay for any of it.He stated that he intended to litigate the matter and I contacted my attorney [redacted]. (see enclosed documentation)In short order, it became apparent, that his desire to cancel was not motivated by a family emergency. Despite committing to a coat from our firm, he began bargain hunting, and placed a simultaneous order with a competitor. It should be noted that the competitor produced garments of such inferiority, that he is being mocked on a page called happy friends.(phtographs enclosed) I would also point out that the competitor's garment had NONE of the costly details that he demanded of us.We are enclosing this pictures so that Mr. [redacted] himself can see that his decision to go the cheaper route, has brought him ridicule.Mr. [redacted] is in breach of our agreement, and has consistently shown bad faith in any courteousies that we have extended him. While we stand willing to help him, and provide him with an impressive garment, he is going to need to make good on the balance owed, and schedule a fitting so that we may complete the project.

the Better Business Burea, other than an attempt to publicly embarass me. It has been stated before, that we have competitor, [redacted] who has used the strategy of harassment as a business model, which involves instigating problems between myself and my customers. We have detailed a large portion of what has transpired on the website[redacted]. I have found people on facebook, who are directly connected to him, that have explicitly instructed people to file complaints against me. This is a situation where he is trying to use the Better Business Burea as an underhanded weapon, rather than as a ground for moderation. Mr. [redacted] concerns will be addressed and/or resolved within the next 24 hours. Again, there is positively no reason for him to have opened this file.
