I purchased a recliner in December. I didn't notice that the R arm was cracked in the inside, due to the fabric over it. When I rested my arm on it one day, I noticed that there was a hole and it was not even. I called Nitioa and left them several messages letting them about the issue. I also emailed them numerous times telling them at first that I would be happy if they sent me a new R arm section. They didn't reply. After I further examined the recliner and noticed how flimsy it really is and that it would start breaking apart in the very near future. I contacted them again and this time asked for a refund. They finally replied and offered me $50 to keep it. They didn't offer to replace the R arm section or replace the whole recliner. I have attached the last two emails from them offering me a 50% refund and then a $50 refund, if I keep the damaged item.

I don't understand how a refund of $50 will fix the defected recliner. I thought your store was striving to keep their customers satisfied. I paid $169.99 for this damaged recliner and now you are offering $50 to correct this damaged product.

I am not satisfied with receiving $50 for a recliner that is poorly manufactured. I am requesting the full amount of $169.99 be refunded and that you have FedEx pick up the damaged product at your expense.
