Review: I had issues ever seen l bought my car Nissan Versa 2013 l tell services part that some wrong with it but they repair fuel pump when first got the car some was wrong with the brakes and they fail to tell me a about it makes noise still. Review: My wife and I were ready to purchase a vehicle we check on the Yuba City Nissan website and we saw the add of a lost leader posted for an Altima at 17,999.00 so we went to check it out. We drove test the vehicle and we liked . Next day we came back to the dealership ready to negotiate. I asked about the 0% offer and he told me that I would loose the rebates so he showed the difference and I just told him that if they would be able to do 17,888.00 plus 0% for 72month which he immediately said there is no way that we can do that. I said thanks for your time and we left and he said well good luck because we are not going to under sell our vehicles so we left. We went home and as soon as we got home I received a call from the dealership making me and offer and he textually told me I talked to my manager and he said that if you would like to come back tonight we can offer the Altima 2015 2.5 s at 18,400.00 with the 0% for 72months so we set up a time on 10/15/15 at 6:00pm to finalized the deal ok Mr. **, that is great will see you tomorrow. Next day when we arrived to the dealership these two individuals weren't at the office one called sick. Then someone else that talked to us was acting like he didn't know about our appointment he checked with the supervisor so we waited for an other hour. I kept telling him that we are there because the sales person called us an set up this time to close the deal. Finally here comes this guy with paper work and trying to negotiate a price; so I just said we went trough this already we are here just to sign. I told him that if we were there was because the sales parson called us to make me an offer which I agreed, but he said that he will not honor anyone else word that this is a business to make money not to loose and he could only offer me a 3.99% for 72months even though I have a 800plus credit score. I just felt mistreated and it was worse because my wife was next to me. I work hard and keep a good credit I'm sure I deserve to be treated better than this.Desired Settlement: I would like for them to keep their word be honest to customers because as you can see I was ok with the first answer. But they called me back and they didn't keep their word. Also I would like for them to be held accountable [redacted] AND HIS SUPERVISOR [redacted].

On all our add vehicles it clearly states the breakdown of discounts, rebates, special rates, and any other incentives. I am sure the customer, like every other of our customers, is looking for the best possible deal. I can assure you that we gave him our lowest price possible at that time. We never want anyone to leave unsatisfied and we do not like to mislead anyone. I would like to offer a 2 year maintenance (oil changes only) with the purchase of any vehicle whether its our advertised price or not. -[redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: there was no miscommunication. I totally understood the offer that he made. The point here is that they called me to return to his office for a better deal which they didn't honored. so he is missing the main point of my complaint. I just want a really good offer according to my credit score thanks.
