Thank you for forwarding this matter to our attentionI have read the complaint and have looked into this matter Nissan of Greer does not make credit decisionsSuch decisions are made by third party lendersTheir decision to extend credit is based upon many factors such as credit scores,
past credit history, income, and certain verificationsWe made our best efforts to assist this customer and the customer failed, in a timely fashion, to provide the lender with required documentation and information needed to obtain approvalFurthermore, the customer signed an agreement for "Conditional Delivery" this clearly spelled the fact that this deal was not complete until final approval and funding by the lender; this agreement informed the customer that they must cooperate with us in order to finalize the transaction.Nissan of Greer is in the business to sell and service Nissan vehicles; thus we work diligently to assist anyone who wishes to purchase a vehicle from usTo do otherwise would be counterproductiveWe regret we were unable to finalize a transaction with this customer.Sincerely, *** ***
