We have done our best to be accommodating to this customer. She bought a house with our product installed in it. We have had difficulty satisfying her on a piece of service glass. We are currently working with her husband to complete the project

We have accommodated *** *** request many times to service his windows. The windows meet our standards and tolerances. The window operates and seals properly. *** ***D&W Windows

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 12555025. They haven't provided a resolution, only a statement which is inaccurate. They are not working with my husband, the install is now complete.They were in contact with my husband to schedule a time to install the 2nd piece of glass since he was usually home sooner, & because I was extremely frustrated with their attitude of the situation. The 2nd window was installed on 11/29/17. The invoice given to *** charged us for the glass, but the agreement I had with *** was for us to only pay for a $sevice call. We reject their response
