Nirvana Masks

One mask is not finished (no elastic) and one mask the elastic is so small, there's no way it will fit over my ear. I was purposely given bad product. Asked to pick up masks in Grand Forks, but was denied. I was discriminated against due to the owner's personal issues with me. I'm just trying to support a woman-owned small business. Poor business practices.
The address (physical) where my masks were delivered was not the address (mailing) I provided during ordering. So now the "business associate" that delivered my masks knows where I live because it was given to them by someone outside of the business. Very unprofessional and now I no longer feel safe in my own home.
