After more than 2 weeks of delay I placed many call to you company office (+[redacted]) who each time redirect me to an email ([redacted]). After many email sent I still haven't received any news from them as when the [redacted] would be shipped out. Same things for the email customer service of [redacted]) they ignore my email or direct me to the other email ([redacted]) which doesn't reply.
