Avoid this company like the plague. I was sent an e-mail that appeared to be from [redacted] stating that I would be given a gift if I completed a survey about my last [redacted] purchase. I completed the survey, assuming if it was associated with [redacted] it was reputable. All I had to do was pay for shipping and handling, which was minimal. The large print was EXTREMELY misleading and sneaky. The small print, terms and conditions in tiny letters, apparently said that if I did not return the product witn 14 days they would bill me for it. I didn't give them my account information. They took it from Amazon. Day 15, my account is charged almost $100 for a face cream that won't even come out of the bottle. It has a pump top that is defective. So I should have read the tiny small print terms and conditions, yes, but their large print was extremely deceiving that I was getting a free gift in exchange for an [redacted] survery I completed. I am EXTREMELY unsatisfied and feel they should refund the full amount $98.41, and should never be allowed to sell on [redacted] again. I trust the [redacted] name and feel very ripped of! [redacted] , [redacted] .
The company solicited on-line for pharma skin productsThe showed "pay postage only for sampleWhat was deeply buried was that if you didn't return them within days, you would pay $97+/bottle
When approached through Master Card for a refund they said they'd give back 50%!!
They finally agreed to a refund if I returned it allI doubt it will happen Each Return authorization # was digits long indicating they hope you mess it upTheir return address is: PO Box ***, *** *** ** Highway Robbrery!
I am so disappointed in the company. I ordered the free trial for 2 small bottles. I just had to pay 7.00$ S&H. No where did it say they were going to charge my debit 2- 94.00$ charges and 2- 98.00$ charges for more cream I didn't order. They offered to refund half if I send back the unused unopened packages that's they say is on the way..But couldn't for the cream they charged my card for on the suppose to be free trail. I am so upset. Do not buy from this company..and they hung up on me twiced.
