We told *** *** that she was more than welcome to come to our restaurant to pick up her refund. Our refund policy requires in store pick up.She kept calling about itAnd being very rude and hard to work with about itAs well as using profanity and cussing me out.Again I told her that she
had to come to the store to pick it up.We also offered her a free meal of her choice and the $10.60That wasnt good enough for her.This went on for about a week We did everything we could think of to make it right for her.Nothing was good enough for her.*** ***
