Ninja Coatings

June 24th I scheduled Ninja Coatings to coat my patio. They were scheduled to come July 23rd to do the project. They said it would be done in one day. Because of daily rain storms we rescheduled for July 26th. The 2 man crew arrived at 7:30 a.m. on the 26th & proceeded to unload their grinding machine which I estimate weighs 500 pounds or more. There was no way they were going to be able to roll that heavy machine through my rain soaked yard. I ended up letting them use my plywood (which was ruined) to get their equipment to my patio. They got two thirds the way complete then decided to stop because of potential rain. Ninja's office called & said the crew would come Sunday the 28th to finish the job. No one showed up on Sunday. I called Ninja's office Monday the 29th & they told me they would come Tuesday the 30th to finish. Concerned about more rain I asked why they wouldn't come that day, Monday the 29th & I was told because they just can't.
Very unsatisfied & very disappointed & 6 days later still waiting for them to finish what was supposed to take one day!
