Review: I ordered two dresses from HeeGrand from Amazon, which is a company that seems to be based in another company but trademarked in the US. Parent company is Ningbo Sweet Time Trading CompanyNingbo City, Zhejiang. The two items were listed at $0.99 each but shipping charges are $37.71 which seems like a scam to me.Desired Settlement: I would like to get back my full cost of the product and shipping, plus the cost of return shipping.
