The complain has been properly adressed and solved. The stain on the driveway is no longer a problem and the reason why it could not be solved sooner is because of the rain. I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted]. . 
 
 The statement that the stain was caused by my vehicle is in fact not true. And we had discussed this in length  I witnessed the stain happening with the installer present. They had left a can of polyurethane to spill over on the driveway next to the side door of their van. The delay in Repair was due to non-response of the company. I disagree completely with [redacted]'s statement.Regards,[redacted]
