Nile Gourmet Deli

Review: I made a large purchase at the deli including various products. After fulfilling the credit card transaction, I noticed that one of the products comes in a smaller size and I asked to make an exchange. The person working on the cashier stated that he is only able to use the credit card machine in order to submit purchases and is unable to make a credit card return. He offered me the option of purchasing more goods to meet the difference in price but denied me the option for a return.Desired Settlement: Full credit card return
