Hello,We have reveiwed Mrs. [redacted]s account. We are not showing any current trash service set up for her old residence so there would be no trash cart needed there. Based on the customers observations we will be sending one of our container crews back out to the location to retrieve the trash cart. It may be that when we were out to remove the trash container in May that it was not visible from the road and was unable to be removed. For the safety of our employee's and the resident we do not allow cart removal crews to walk around a residents property to look for these. It is common for landlords or new renters to move them into garages or backyards after a old renter has moved out and we have a difficult time locating them. We have already removed the charge for the trash container  from her account and in a show of good faith we will also credit the cart removal fee of $18.55. The customer will only be charged for the time that she used trash service (April 1st thru May 13th). She will be receiving a refund of $26.57 that will be mailed out in 2 to 3 weeks.

The customer was left at least 2 VM's from our supervisor Matt M[redacted]. Matt has been tracking the location to confirm no ongoing issues with account. Company agrees to credit 1 month of service to the account for the issues reported by the customer. Company will continue to attempt contact and inform the customer of the settlement.

According to my notes, this customer was given a partial refund and the requested rate change.  Unless additional problems are left unresolved, I hope this matter is considered closed.

Will review and close account per customers request. cleared balance to zero balance.

Operations Manager contacted customer. Customers road is impassible during bad weather and customer was informed and agreed. Customer now has local phone numbers to contact during bad weather to avoid further service issues.

We accepted his first call- on 03/17.3) Advised will be responsable for the next 60 days of invoicing with a closed date of 05/17.4) Gave credits of $125.10 to prorate May's invoice to honor the agreement of the 05/17 date.He has not made payments since then and infact had his payments reversed. While disappointed with the company's call center and miscommunication, I am happy to report that this has finally been resolved.  The two extra containers were collected and the recycle container was delivered.

The phone calls are not recorded, but we did place a "robocall" to the account on 12/23/17 at 5:20 PM.  The phone number listed for your account ended with [redacted] on the account, and a live person picked up the call.  The call log reflects only one call placed due to a live person picking up the call.As previously stated we have several options to ensure that our clients are aware of changes including, but not limited to:  Websites, whether company, city operated, or local media, as well as Robocalls as previously stated.  The City of Bellevue also has an App called MyBellevue available through IOS or Android platforms.

I called Republic Services this morning (1/8/2018). Although, the account has been closed there is still a balance associated with it.

out the yearly calendar of billing cycles and due dates for any future invoices as well for your reference. Our system will automatically access a late fee for payments received after the due date but we absolutely understand that due to the circumstances you referenced, this is a one time situation and we feel confident that moving forward together we can avoid these charges. The customer was billed in error and the refund has been processed.  Check [redacted] was dated 2/24/17 and mailed to the service address.
