When we did not have a call log for unit ***, I called Ms [redacted] and it is unit *** NightTenders is a nationwide maintenance call center for property managers Tenants of the property management company call in to us to request service, and we dispatch based upon the dispatch criteria provided by the property management company Ms [redacted] called in on the afternoon of 11/28/and indicated there was some water on the floor of the bathroom Our technician worked with her to determine the source, but could not find a source and she cleaned up the water The tenant said she thought it was the bathroom sink DRAIN line which would not have continued to leak as long as no water was being used in the sink Our technician indicated that this was unusual but since there were no obvious source, told her to keep and eye on it and call back if it got worse There were no return calls from this tenant until Monday, 11/30/when she reported that now the leak was now into the living room and bedroom We dispatched a plumber since the problem had obviously grown and then the property manager took over the call and coordination of repair when their office openedAs of when I spoke with [redacted] on Monday, the plumber was on site and extraction had been dispatched

NightTenders has taken a tremendous weight off of our shoulders They handle the after-hours emergency maintenance calls for our Property Management company I can rest in the evenings knowing that our tenants will be taken care of in the event that a service requests needs to be dispatched when our office is closed I highly recommend their team, and leaders I just wish we had started using them sooner!
