Nifty Car Rental

Review: Rented a car from them on Thursday Jan 22nd, returned January 23rd. Deposit was taken for $300 (without consent) and I was told the deposit would be returned within 5 business days of return. Deposit was not received. When I called and spoke with them, Friday January 31st, a woman told me it should be "in there any day now". Called back yesterday, February 3rd, same woman (very rude) told me it was being deposited last evening. Moneys not there. Read reviews on the business on Yelp etc. and discovered they had ripped people off in the past. Want my deposit back and for the business to be notified it cannot conduct business this way.Desired Settlement: My deposit of $300 plus $246 due to a returned check fee that was processed during this time period. A check was written from my account in the accordance the deposit was going to be rufunded
