Review: Hello my name is [redacted] I'm 21 years of age and I just started looking for my own apartment. I found some apartments called village square apartments which is owned by niets property management on 98th and Hampton Milwaukee Wisconsin. So here's my problem I gave the property manager [redacted] a 200 dollar Ernest fee which they said in the application was refundable. I was told Wednesday July 15 2015 through a text message that I was not excepted for the apartment and that she would mail me my money. Not only did she text me which was very unprofessional she also blocked my number so that I couldn't have any contact with her. So I called her phone private and she answered I asked her if it was ok that I came to pick up my money instead she told me no she mailed it off I then proceeded to ask her why I did not get excepted for the apartment. Her response to me was it was "Its to much". Bare with me here so I get to work and I speak with my supervisor about the situation and as my witness we called [redacted] and I asked where is the office she sent my money to she tells me very angrily " I told you I sent it in the mail stop calling my phone" and then hangs up the phone in my face. As a 21 year old looking for her first apartment [redacted] made me feel very low and made this a very bad experience for me.Desired Settlement: I would like for [redacted] to be replaced because that is no way you handle business.
