I've used this company multiple times to remove some trees and yardwork [redacted] *** is always punctual to make an onsite estimate and easy to work with Some work can be done the same day in a matter of hours, some work, especially big jobs; he will arrange for the crew to come the following morning to complete the taskThey take payment when the task is complete The crew is always smiling, anxious to please, works hard and cleans up quicklyI would use his company again for yard work and new upcoming projects

I used this company for a yearThe work was subpar, the crew was never there when they said they would be, I had to ask them to cut my bushes on my monthly maintenence or they would just ignore them and they would grow to the point I would have to trim myself The last straw was they forgot to latch our side gate on numerous occasions even though we reminded them to, and one of our dogs got outI would highly suggest using someone else, even though the cost is enticingYou will get what you pay for

Mr [redacted] , Indeed we are not Revdex.com accredited anymore, but the date your wife called for an estimate 8/we were The work done was on 9/she called nearly a month after the estimate, she said she would be there for the appointment for the work to be done, our work is guaranteed, we ask consumers to check the work before paying to see if work is to your satisfaction and / or if they are not at home the day the work is done, check and call us when you get home if something is wrongYou never called to complain, if you had done so that same day or the next day or before posting your complaint we would have responded as we do with clients who are not satisfied with the work done for them That’s because when this happens either : A)the workers return to do a better job, B) your payment is credited C ) your money is refunded, but you at no time called, we have a lot of client in your area and if MrNieto was a problem as you say, our business would not have the success it hasThank you

Nieto Landscaping worked on my neighbor's yardI had a lock on my gate which did not deter them from breaking into my backyard to sweep up yard debrisThey did not ask for my permission nor alert me to what they were doing

Customers Beware: after asking for a refund, the owner Manuel N***, sent me a letter indicating he will not honor a refund The letter stated he only gives a one year warrantyMRN [redacted] is failing to realize or simply does not care, that I paid $1,for a COMPLETE drip line replacement including the values I did not know the lines had not been replaced until they started leaking again Once I dug up the line, I noticed it was an existing drip line I had repaired several times in the past So, I paid for work NEVER completed and the owner is failing to realize this I plan on going public with this by contacting local news stations so future clients will know how dishonest this company is and not to hire them or they too can be a victim of fraudI'm also suggesting those past customers come forward and submit their reviews/issues with this company There are several good landscaping companies who will stand by their work, but when one such as Nieto Landscaping needs to be recognized as one you should stay away fromIts' unfortunate MrN [redacted] is a poor businessman who lacks integrity and obviously does not take pride in his work

I talked with Manuel, the owner, this morning and went over all the things I wanted done He gave me a quote and said his men could be there today I didn't have to pay anything up front and he instructed me to talk to the foreman before, during and after the job They came as scheduled and got right to workI thought this was going to be a great experienceNot so much I had two large plants removedThe quote was based on the fact that a large hole would have to be dug to get the roots outHowever, that is not what happenedWhen I talked to the foreman, he told me they had dug the roots out, but there was not a hole where they dugMuch less the large hole Manuel told me when he quoted meAll they had done was chop off the root and cover it back upWhen I pushed the fact, I was told they would spray it with weed killer and it would be fineThat is not what I paid for After several conversations with the foreman and Manuel, they finally dug out most of the rootsThey were ready to leave when I asked about the repair that was supposed to be done on a leakThey had not done itThey dug it up and since I now am watching every move, the foreman told me to check it before they buried itIt was still leaking and he was fine with calling it doneThere was also a "misunderstanding" about what they would do with the grass that was in that areaBeing tired of the arguing, I let that one goPurely a he said/she said with the ownerAlso, none of the weeds in the yard had been pulled or sprayedI went in the back yard to see how it looked and there was still debris everywhereThey were already packed up and in the truck ready to leaveThey went back to blow it out againthey had not blown out around and under the bushes or in the corners, They took another garbage can of debris this timeAgain, they were just fine leaving it a messMy first complaint is that I should get what I paid for without an argumentSecond, I should not have to stand out in the heat making sure everything was done correctlyisn't that what the foreman is for? I felt like I was babysitting my teenagersNow do this, now do thisManuel the owner was not much helpI would never hire this company again and don't really feel like I got what I paid forThe sad thing is when this kind of stuff happens, most people just want them out of thereI feel the same wayI will take some responsibility for not checking this site before I hired himShame on meAnd just for the record, I have never written a bad review about any companyThat's how bad this was

I entered into an agreement with Manuel N*** to provide landscaping services at my home on approximately February 18th, and every weeks thereafter We agreed MrN***s landscaping crew would remove weeds and debris from both front and back yards, trim bushes and one tree, set sprinkler system to correct times for optimal grass growthMow as necessaryI was concerned that the weeds were mowed and not trimmedI spoke with one of the workers who advised me that the weeds were sprayed and would die After MrN***s crew came and performed the work I noticed that debris (leaves, rocks, etc) were blown into flower bed and fountainI found multiple broken sprinkler lying in the yard and broken flood lightsI called N*** Landscaping and spoke with a young womanShe sent the team back out the next day to remove the debrisThe sprinkler heads had been replaced on the first visit, but the broken ones remained in the yardNothing was done about the broken flood lights

I hired this company to completely replace my drip system.(2016) I was not home when the they started the job When I did arrive, some of the lines had already been replaced However, I happened to overhear them discussing how they were going to put the new line under the brick fence They decided to splice into existing line so they would not have to dig a new lineI immediately told them this is one of the many locations were it was leaking from and they were supposed to replace the entire drip systemThey wound up digging the area for a new line I noticed another section they were tapping into the existing line I questioned them about this and was told this is the only section they would have to do this in because they would need to dig up a large section of the grass I accepted their reason and told them I needed something in writing I was told to take this up with Manuel, the owner They completed the job and were paid A week or so later, I noticed my plants were dying and a section of my yard lights were no longer working I called Manuel and expressed my unhappiness with the work done Manuel came to the house and told me it was my fault for not walking the property with the job supervisor prior to them leaving to see if the drip lines were open and he basically accused me of lying about the yard lights working prior to the job I expressed my disappointment of him and using his company I also told him he would never get a recommendation from me He then started to walk the area where the yard lights were not working and found the electrical line had been cut in the exact area where the new drip line was replaced I was told he would have the guys return to fix the cut electrical line and some of the drips due to poor placement I have since called the office several times asking for a copy of the receipt, but one has NEVER been mailed Less than a year later, I have noticed the supposedly new drip line leaking I dup up the area where the first leak was at and immediately noticed it was an old line and repair splitter was used They had used the existing line to tap into Just last week, I noticed two other areas where there's a leak With that being said, I would NOT recommend this company The owner clearly does not take pride in his work ethics and should not be in business DO NOT USE THEM

Approximately weeks ago Mr N*** visited my home and gave me a quote for landscaping services for my property
The agreement was for cutting and edging the lawn areas, trimming all the bushes and trees, cleaning the entire property of dead leaves and other debris, adjusting the sprinkler timer to ensure property watering, examining all the sprinkler heads for proper function, examining all the tress and shrub drip lines for proper operation, removing and/or spraying any weeds, fertilization of the lawn and all bushes and trees, and removing all debrisThe price for this was exorbitant in my opinion ($350), but Mr N*** assured me it was a lot of work that his 6-man crew would take hours to performdays ago the crew arrived and trimmed all the bushes and cut, edged, and fertilized the grassthey cleaned up most of the leaves, but left behind several piles of debrisThey completely failed on the sprinkler timer setup, checking sprinklers and drips, the weed control, and ferti

The Customer called after inicial clewas done, then the crew was sent the next day to finish what wasn't doneShe waited weeks to let us know about the weeds problem, also saying Manuel, said the crew would return Thursday at am for maintanceMy response was that she was wrong because,
Manuel never gives a day and time for maintThe office is who takes care of calling customers and letting them know what day and time they are on our schedule, being that said the only days we have available for maintance are fridays and saturdaysThe lady never mentioned broken lights, nor did she mention putting seeds on her grass, because we do not offer summer grass services While on the phone with her I was speaking to someone on the background to findout more information regarding the times she had called beforeNevertheless did I speak in a wrong way about her, I spoke in spanish because she said she did tooI admit I was a bit angry because, She repeated herself constantly because she did not understand what I was trying to explain, and also she wasn't acting very polite eitherI said I'd send them for a last time, and I wasn't going to put her on the maintance list to not have further problemsShe was asking for her money back, but the crew was sent everytime she requested itThe last time the crew was there she was supposed to be charged the maintance fee, but she did not have to pay anythingLastly, she threatened me to put a complaint on Revdex.com, if I didn't send the crew, and even though crew was sent she still put a complaint.Again she did not pay for the last visit, which was also the last time we were going to send the crew

I had several business cards for Nieto Landscaping left on my doorI had a leak in my drip system that was under my driveway slabOn Wednesday Manuel came out and gave me an estimate of $to repair the leakI asked him if they could also trim the palm trees and bushes in my back yardHe quoted me an additional $He said they would be out the next morning to do the workI told him I would not be home and he asked me to leave a check under the front door mattI was going out of town for a few days so this was my best option and I have worked with other companies in the past and have done this and never had a problem
I got home after dark on Friday night and was out in my yard first thing Saturday morning to check the workI first noticed that the pond in my backyard wasn't workingI checked the plug and it was unplugged so I plugged it inIt still didn't workThe pond was full of debris from the bushes they trimmed so I thought maybe the pump was cloggedI pulled it out and cleaned all of the debris out of it but still nothingI started checking the cord and found that it had been cut! I then turned on my drip system to make sure it was working and there was no longer a leakThere is a plant right next to where the leak was and it was not getting any waterI went in the back yard and found that several of the drip lines to my bushes had been cut
I immediately called Nieto's and got an answering machineI left a messageI got a call back an hour or so later and I explained to the woman what happenedShe asked why I hadn't called sooner and I let her know I had been out of townShe told me that it was too late in the day for someone to come out but that they could be out the following ThursdayI asked why so long and told her I was concerned about my pond turning green and she said it is a slow time of year so they are only working Thursday through SaturdayShe said if they had any cancellations that day she would let me know
I never heard back from herI fixed all of the cut drip system lines and waited for them to come out and repair the cord to my pump and re-connect the water line to the bush in the front yardThey never came and I never heard from them again
I don't want anything from them as I realize it was my mistake to leave a check for them before I saw the workI just want other prospective customers to be forewarned about their business practices

Was supposed to start reoccurring maintenance service and repair leaks of drip system
Paid 600.00!
Never saw again or have received phone call return and ENTIRE drip system is so jacked up by connecting
lines incorrectly

We have not had a good experience with this company They were very disrespectful to my wife when we had them come out to the house to quote some additional landscaping work, they have consistently "manspanded" to my wife and when asked to pull the weeds in the yard not only did not pull them but mowed over our wildflower filled flower bed that is separated by concrete and brick from the lawn

This company hires people to intentionally littler and ignore "no soliciting" signsI've contacted them so many times it's ridiculousIf you're not bright enough to follow the signage, why would you possibly think I'd want you doing my landscaping?

I used this company for a year.
