I apologize for my delay and appreciate your patience and that of Ms***. After further review, we must stand by our response that the latest paint damage occurred post-repair and has nothing to do with our work on the vehicle. While we will not repair it for free, we will repair it at a discount. As to the wind noise concern, we conducted our best evaluation by purchasing the appropriate measuring equipment and using it to evaluate the claims. Our evaluation revealed that there was less noise on the side of the vehicle where we performed our repairs, indicating that the vehicle may have had more wind noise before we ever touched it. Therefore, we do not believe anything we did contributed to more wind noise in the vehicle than it had when it was originally presented to us for repair. Please let me know if Ms*** would like a discounted rate for the latest paint concern. Thank you.***

While we will not repair it for free, we will repair it at a discount.Answer I do not need your discountI need a full refund from youThe lastest paint damage occurred was did it from Nello CollisionThis is not the first time, I brought in my car to let you guys to fix the paint at the first time and the paint went off the 2nd day when I close the doorThis is already 2nd time happeningOnce again, I don't need your free service or your discount. Therefore, we do not believe anything we did contributed to more wind noise in the vehicle than it had when it was originally presented to us for repair.Answer Liars, obviously, there is huge noise while driving on the freeway, the noise will came in to the window that was fixed from you. the accident was on the left side windows, fender, and door, turns out, door paint went off times, left side windows has huge wind noise while driving on freeway and window knobs is non workableAt the beginning, *** *** told me the repair cost was around $5-thousand, they didn't updated with me the cost will be more when I get to the car shop to get my car, turns out the cost more than thousand dollarsand they even said they guaranteer life time warranty if anything was related to their repairs, but when paints faded off, left side window automatic button not working, wind noise from the windows , oil change, paint uneven from left and right, unplug all the electronic dash board button and no service cleaning after repair the car etcthey neither don't pick up my calls or or too busy with their appt. This is a very irresponsible car shop, they only want your money, they didn't do the things you asked them to do, they don't fulfilled of what they've saidThey put the fault on the customer, they won't admit any fault they did to your car

I am rejecting this response because: they lied. I asked mike when I was there, do I need a oil change, he said no you do not need a oil change. I asked have you guys check everything for me. he said, yes we did. The wind sound obviously is there when I drove on the freeway, and they said there is no wind sound. my car has never hitted or been hit with anything except regularly open and closing the door, the paint went off, and they continue putting the fault on me saying my car must hit on something so the side of the door's paint went off.

We would have referred her to the dealer for that service. There was no engine or mechanical damage that would affect the oil.   Ms. [redacted]...

returned to show us the edge of her door was chipped from hitting something when opened. She c[redacted]med that she never hit anything, so we fixed it as a courtesy at no charge   The dealership removed the dash for us to access the repair area. They forget to plug in one wire. The customer returned, and it was fixed in a few minutes.   Ms. [redacted] returned 9 months after we completed the repair c[redacted]ming that the window quit working. We double checked all of our work and the wiring. Come to find out that the window switch in the door was defective internally and had nothing to do with the accident. Ms. [redacted] comp[redacted]ned, so I went ahead and replaced the door window switch as a courtesy at no charge.   Ms. [redacted] came back again saying that her paint was falling off. I inspected the vehicle with Mike and it was evident something had hit the side of the car. I exp[redacted]ned to her that the paint was damaged from hitting something and we would not take care of that for free.   I purchased a decibel meter to address the wind concern. I measured the decibel readings sitting in both the driver and passenger seat. The decibel reading on the passenger side was higher than the driver side, which is the side of the vehicle we repaired.   The vehicle came into our shop on 5/25/16. It has been almost a year and a half since it was repaired. If Ms. [redacted] had not changed her oil for a year and a half, there may be issues due to lack on maintenance.

Review: I brought in my vehicle for body work that did not prevent the vehicle from being driven. I was told by [redacted] the parts were in and work was being done on my vehicle and it would be ready for pick up by the end of the week. That Friday, I was told by a [redacted], the president, that the parts had not arrived. I was told the parts would be in Monday but I could not have my car because part had been disassembled. I was told on Tuesday that the parts had arrived and given an outline of work to be done with a Friday pick up date. Today I called and was told by [redacted] that the vehicle was not finished and over half the parts were still not in and were expected in next Friday. It has now been three weeks, and my vehicle is still not finished, apparently because they don't know how to communicate effectively and order parts properly.[redacted] and [redacted] lied to me, intentionally misled me, and have acted in ways that do not provide exceptional customer service, respect, or unyielding integrity. I will never bring another vehicle here, and recommend you avoid this business at all costs.Desired Settlement: I'm not sure how this can be settled. They have refused to provide me a loaner vehicle during the time my car is sitting taken apart, they refuse to put it back together so I can take it, and they say I can rent a car but I shouldn't have to due to their lies and mistakes. What can be done if they don't have parts to put my car together? A free service, inspection, or tune-up? Can they be trusted with it though after how they handled this situation?
