Management sent this resident a 30 -day notice for violation of Section 20 of the lease prohibited conduct. This resident attempted to run over a maintenance tech, continually uses abrasive and abusive language towards the staff and  has stated that as a customer she has a right to do so....

 I sent a 24 -hour notice for a walk through of her unit as she was to vacate on 9/8/17 after several attempts to reach her by phone and email. Ms. [redacted]s called to the police in an attempt to stop the walk-through.  Once the police arrived they informed her that they were there on behalf of the management because of her history with the office.  Furthermore, the resident has not attempted to pay rent and received as all residents do a 3 day notice, and her access to the online portal is not available, this is the Standard Operating Procedure of the property to avoid short payments.  Management is now in the process of following the process to move forward with the eviction for violation of lease terms and non -payment of rent.  During management walk -through with the [redacted] It is apparent that the resident is packing up her apartment.
