Their website is very user unfriendly They take your money quickly but support is slow and confusion from there on
The company spent a lot of time on the setting up the first three steps - from submitting the work order to making the payment Once the payment is made though, numerous information is required before they start on the actual work I received over emails, requesting additional information and vague instruction on how and who to submit it to All the emails are labeled "do not reply", and they don't provide useable email links or a menu on their website so you can contact the appropriate section (support, verify, refund, etc) I lost valuable time, which I don't have (hence why I hired them)
