*** The only person I’ve found that spoke to *** was *** *** in Customer Service on November 1st / per the notes on Salesforce, *** said she would be mailing a check to cover the overdraft balance which at this point of time was -$ I spoke to the branch this
account is assigned to Sturgeon Bay West / no one knows her or allegedly spoke to herI also spoke to *** *** as she also had notes in Salesforce dated October 5th and 13th about unauthorized ACH transactions (Paypal) I also spoke to FSGB / this DDA was closed and forwarded for collection on November 13th in the amount of $which I might add is all fees*** hasn’t responded to FSGB’s attempts to contact ( no messages left) by phone or the notice they sentFSGB said they never received a check I pulled credit, there’s no reporting on her credit bureau involving her DDA FYI her score is / charge-offs / paid / settled for less than balance / purchased by another lender showing balances, and with unpaid balances There’s no proof that *** sent a check to make good on the overdrawn balance other than her statement that she did so If *** wants to resolve, I’d be willing to accept $Funds would need to be certified and sent to FSBG and received by FSGB by January 31st

We sold that office to [redacted] last year and all the deposit accounts that go with the branch. [redacted] owns and operates that office and should be the Bank contacted related to the [redacted] customer and his issue.
Review: I Overdrafted my bank account accidently. I received a 30 dollar overdraft fee and I understood and accepted that. Then they started to charge 5 dollars a day for my account being overdrafted. I am on social security and will not receive any money until the first of the month. all in all this will cost me over 100 dollars on the overdrafts I believe and it is really upsetting. I called the bank to see if they can at least stop charging me and they said no. I feel it is wrong to charge as much as they do for a overdraft.Desired Settlement: I would like the 5 dollars daily they have been charging me reversed on my account. After the first when I get my check I would like to close my account. I would also like them to explain it much better that there policy is to charge these overdraft fees. I thought it was one or the other not both and they really need to explain that to their customers.
