Nicole's Dance Center Elite

Nicole is extremely unprofessional. We were auto charged for two months without classes. On top of that, after paying for a full season, we were told when they reopened we would be required to pay for June and July, when they should've been offered as make up classes. Then, after paying for a full season, as well as $68 for a recital costume, we were told that if we did not pay for June and July, that we would not be allowed to participate in the annual recital. If I paid for a full season, attended a full season, and paid for our costume, I am entitled to participate in a recital if one is held. You cannot deny me the right to be included because you want me to pay for extra months. When asked about the two months of closure, we were told via email, no refunds would be issued since she still had bills to pay. You cannot take payment without providing a service. I emailed about our costume pick up and have not received a response. When I asked another parent, costumes have been given out, but no communication to those of us not there has been provided. When a different parent emailed, she got an immediate response and was told that costumes would be available for pick up Sept 3 & 4, which is after the proposed recital date, specifically excluding us from participating in the recital. At this point, I do not have any desire to be a part of the studio at all, however if my daughter is not allowed to be a part of the recital, then I will need a refund for her costume. We will not be returning to Nicole's and I certainly would not recommend her business to anyone!
