Nicolas Window Cleaning and Maintenance

I asked Nicolas for a quote which he provided, when I sent him a quick text asking about the quote and that it was higher than I expected his response was: "I have my own customers, plus your windows are beyond dirty, I personally wouldn't touch it. I should get $1,000. Good Luck". So OK, I was confused by his response so I sent back "I guess I am confused. Are you saying you don't wan the job now? I was just wondering about the cost." I wasn't sure if he was saying he didn't want to do the job anymore. He responded with "None of your business stop harassing me or I go to the P.D."
This obviously took me by surprise, I would not recommend this company to anyone ever.
