Nick's USA Transport

This company solicits your business (I was a customer for 16 years) but does not treat you as a valued customer. I had okay service with the actual cards but the customer service when you had to actually call and talk to someone was terrible. They bill weekly. My due date was on a Tuesday but they would always send out late notices on the Sunday BEFORE the due date...then tell you your payments were repeatedly late even when they were paid before the due date. I think they were counting the pre due date late notices as actual late payments. Not a very good way to treat customers. Then out of the blue I had an unexplained charge on my account. Called to find out what it was and they said it was a charge because my payments were always late. Really? I suspended my cards and paid what little balance was on my account which put my balance at zero. Next invoice I had another charge (unexplained) for $75!!! I made three calls; nobody could explain the charge. Finally another call and I was told it was because my company credit score was below 650. Hmmm, I just checked it and it was actually as 750! The clerk actually told me to just close my account...so I did! There are many companies that would love to have my business and have a better attitiude to their customers than this company!
