We were hired to repair and renovate a basement bathroom that was leaking and had mold damage throughout all the drywall walls we stopped the leak in the basement and half way through the renovation discovered that the upstairs bathroom had numerous issues concerning bad bad bad seals bad Plumbing...

to which I inform the client it was going to take much more the general repairs to correct and nothing that we put there would be a permanent fix only a Band-Aid that I could not guarantee. I'm not going to allow my company to do work that I deem as inefficient that will not correct the problem or falsely lead a client to believe that the problem has been corrected. The bathroom was in such deplorable shape with so much mold behind walls that I was not going to allow my company being liable 4 NE incorrect or false hope repairs
